Address & Cancellation Policy

At HappyHeads, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following policy regarding address changes and order cancellations:

Address Changes
Delivery address updates are only possible before your order has been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, the destination city cannot be changed.

If your order is already on the way, we may be able to redirect it to another address within
the same city, subject to courier approval.

Please note: Rerouting may delay delivery by up to 2 additional business days.

Address redirection depends on carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation
