At HappyHeads.pk, your satisfaction matters to us. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products, and our refund and return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free for both our customers and our business.
1. Returns or refunds will only be accepted with a full unboxing video recorded from start to finish, clearly showing the packaging and product. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the unboxing video as proof of any issue.
2. To process any return or refund, an unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained. Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product is found damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
3. Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4. For approved returns or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 2–3 business days.
6. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for two-three months.
