Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
Orders are delivered in 2–3 business working days within Pakistan.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges within Pakistan are PKR 200.

Important Payment Notice
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Please do not transfer or pay any amount before the courier reaches your doorstep. HappyHeads.pk is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized payments.

For prepaid orders
Do not hand over cash to the courier rider. If any issue arises, contact the HappyHeads.pk helpline immediately.

Courier Service
Orders within Pakistan are shipped via trusted courier partner PostEx.

Order Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and continuously work to minimize delivery times.

For COD orders, payment will be collected at the delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier details and tracking number. Please remember to check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
